Tampa is Life VIP Club Business Agreement

This Business Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Tampa is Life ("Company") and the participating business ("Partner") to outline the terms of participation in the Tampa is Life VIP Club.

1. Participation & Benefits

The Partner agrees to provide an exclusive discount or promotional offer ("Offer") to active Tampa is Life VIP Club members. In return, Tampa is Life will promote the Partner’s business through its platforms, including but not limited to social media, email newsletters, and the official website.

2. Partner Obligations

• The Offer must be valid for the duration of the Partner’s participation in the VIP Club.

• The Offer must be clearly communicated to staff to ensure a seamless experience for VIP Club members.

• Any changes to the Offer must be communicated to Tampa is Life at least 14 days in advance.

3. Marketing & Promotion

• Tampa is Life will feature the Partner in VIP Club-related promotions.

• The Partner agrees to display Tampa is Life VIP Club promotional materials (if provided) in-store or online where applicable.

4. Term & Termination

• This Agreement is effective upon submission and remains in effect unless terminated by either party with a 14-day written notice.

• Tampa is Life reserves the right to remove a Partner from the VIP Club if the Offer is not honored or if the Partner engages in activities that conflict with the brand’s values.

5. Liability & Disputes

• Each party is responsible for its own business operations and liabilities.

• Any disputes shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If unresolved, the matter will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Florida.

6. Agreement Confirmation

By submitting the VIP Club participation form and checking the agreement box, the Partner acknowledges they have read and agree to the terms outlined in this Agreement.
